We take the safety and well-being of our students and staff seriously, and as such, there are specific requirements for all employment positions at St Andrews Lutheran College.

All teaching staff must be registered with the Queensland College of Teachers to be eligible for employment. Additionally, all non-teaching support staff are required to undergo a Blue Card check (QLD Working with Children Check) upon appointment.

Blue Card Legislation has changed effective 31 August 2020 and a ‘No Card, No Start’ policy is now in effect.  Candidates may wish to consider how their Blue Card status will affect their suitability for the position as a Blue Card/Exemption Card is an inherent requirement of the role prior to a start date.

St Andrews Lutheran College supports the rights of children and young people and is committed to the safety and wellbeing of students.  All applicants are required to undergo a screening process and the successful applicant must comply with all College policies and procedures.

Secondary School Teacher Digital Solutions and Engineering

We now invite applications for a passionate and dedicated Secondary School Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a full-time position, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the educational experiences of our students at our campus in Tallebudgera, QLD. 

We are looking for a candidate with the experience and skills to: 

  • Teach Digital Solutions (Technologies), Engineering across Years 7-11 
  • Assist with the growth of the Digital Solutions and Technologies programs through innovative and engaging teaching practices 
  • Additional expertise in teaching Entrepreneurship or other subjects would be advantageous.

Student Pathways Advisor

We are seeking for a passionate and dedicated Student Pathways Advisor to join our dynamic team where you will play a pivotal part in guiding students to select their career pathway. This is a part-time, Fixed Term Contract from Tuesday 22 April 2025 to Friday 20 June 2025.
